The difference between a flat rate boxer and a flat-rate boxer is that the former uses a lower weight than the latter.
A flat-rated boxer will work out by either using a single barbell or using a combination barbell and dumbbells.
You can work out in one session or you can do one workout a week.
The most common flat-rating boxers are usually using a barbell that is about 1 inch wider than your head.
They’ll work out with a single, but they can also use a combination.
