How to eat the flat noodles at home
You can get your noodles from the grocery store, or you can make your own noodles from scratch.
Here’s how to make them at home.
Get a few noodles 2.
Cut up the noodles into bite size pieces 3.
Heat them up in a skillet to about 375 degrees F (170 degrees C) 4.
Drain and set aside 5.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients 6.
Mix the noodles together, add salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce to taste 7.
Top with the cheese and serve immediately.
If you like a thicker noodle, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce or other soy sauce. 9. Enjoy!
